MatriarX® ELEVATE

strength got you here. Now let’s do something with it.

MatriarX® Elevate is a 10 week structured skill program for women who have built their strength base and are ready to turn it into something. Handstands, rings & P-bar work, levers, arm balances - the skills that look impossible until you have the right framework to build them.

WHAT ELEVATE IS

The skill pathway

This is where strength becomes skill.

Most women who come to Elevate are not beginners. They’ve trained consistently and have foundational strength. Yet they're still stuck on the same skills.

Because at this point, getting stronger isn't necessarily the answer.

The challenge is learning how to apply that strength to a specific skill.

Elevate is a 10 week skill development program built on Axis Theory™. Over the cycle, you'll work through a fully individualised program centred around your goals. Hand balancing, rings, levers, mobility and the pieces that sit underneath them. Every athlete follows a different pathway because every athlete gets stuck for different reasons.

Every session has a purpose. Every progression leads somewhere.

This is skill training treated with the same level of planning and attention as strength training. Because skills don't magically appear after enough practice. They need to be built.

“Most people think skill is the hard part. In reality, a lot of skill problems disappear when strength is built properly. The rest comes down to identifying the layers that sit underneath the movement and training them with intent.”

WHO ELEVATE IS FOR

Is this you?

You’ve done the work. But the skills still feel out of reach.

Elevate is designed for the woman who has already built a foundation of strength and is ready to apply it to a specific skill goal.

You don't need a handstand or lever / p-bar / ring skill before you start. You need the foundation that makes learning those skills possible.

You belong in Elevate if:

  • You've built strength and want to put it towards a specific skill.

  • You're working towards a hand balancing or other advanced bodyweight strength movements.

  • You've spent time practising a skill and feel like you’re borderline regressing.

  • You enjoy training and want a goal beyond simply getting stronger.

  • You're ready to commit to 10 weeks of razor sharp focused skill development.

One thing worth understanding: the skills taught inside Elevate are rarely limited by discipline alone. More often than not, they're limited by a missing piece somewhere in the system.

The goal of Elevate is to identify that piece and build on it.

THE SKILLS

What you're working toward

Three skill domains. Ten weeks. One program built for your body.

Every Elevate program is individualised - Over 10 weeks, athletes develop the strength, mobility and skill required for advanced Bodyweight Strength movements.

Skill Domain 01

Hand Balancing

Freestanding handstands, press handstands, arm balances and advanced handstand variations. Whether your goal is your first freestanding handstand or refining more advanced skills, this stream focuses on building the strength, balance and control required to spend more time upside down.

Skill Domain 02

Rings, Bar & Parallettes

Levers, pullovers, skin the cat, human flags, V-sits, Russian dips, Korean dips and advanced apparatus skills. These are some of the most rewarding movements in bodyweight training. Elevate breaks them down into manageable progressions so you always know what you're working on and why.

Skill Domain 03

Mobility

Front splits, middle splits, pancake, backbends, overhead mobility, and compression strength. Mobility isn't treated as a separate practice. It's developed alongside the skills that require it, helping you build the positions needed for long term progress.

  • 10 week fully customised program, 4 sessions per week

  • Class and open gym access for face-to-face coaching (Preston, VIC)

  • Gym access to train independently

  • Video feedback from coaches throughout the program

  • 4 skill based Performance Lab workshops across the 10 weeks

  • Nutritional guidance (optional)

  • Integration Day in week 10 (photoshoot included)

Week 10

THE INTEGRATION DAY

you trained. here’s what you built.

The final session of every Elevate cycle is the Integration Day. You come in, train your program and move through the skills you can now perform with confidence.

It's an opportunity to step back and see the result of 10 weeks of focused training.

One of the challenges with skill development is that progress can be difficult to recognise while you're in the middle of it. Integration Day creates a moment to reflect on how far you've come and document the work you've put in along the way.

The session is professionally photographed, giving you a lasting record of the skills, positions and movements you've spent the cycle building.
